CMBA Loves Its Spike Members!
In building a strong association, Spikes are priceless. A Spike
is a member who works to recruit new members, gets members involved
and retains members.
Here's how to start: you must earn six credits within two consecutive
membership years. You receive one Spike credit for each new member
you recruit and an additional credit when that new member renews
on or before their anniversary date. You must earn two credits per
year until you reach 25 credits to become a Life Spike.
