Congratulations to Keven Dunlap, the 2011 CMBA Associate of the Year!

For twenty-eight years CMBA has recognized ONE Associate member each year for their outstanding membership service. The builders on the board of directors look at the service of many, before making this difficult choice.
This year’s 2011 Associate of the Year recipient is ~ Keven Dunlap, Liberty Savings Bank fsb.

Liberty Savings Bank has a long history of generosity both with CMBA and the entire community. They provide service – talent – music – sports figures – sponsorships - and fresh ideas to motivate the areas home buyers during the Tour of Homes and HomeShow.

Keven seems to thrive in that atmosphere of service. He is the first recipient of the Extra Mile Award through his participation in working the HomeShow admission, service on the Executive Board, Education Committee and work with the state’s liability insurance program for members only. Since he was honored with the Extra Mile Award last October, he has joined the Membership Committee, and conducted a Directors Audit of the CMBA financials.

What does service mean to Keven? He not only attends meetings; he brings energy, a smile on his face, steps up and offers honest solutions. Keven is devoted to his word following through with actions. A quote that describes Keven is “Real leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determination.” If Keven says he will help out, he will, and you can take that to the bank!
